I'm delighted to let you know that my painting 'Crossing the line' has been selected for Stage 2 of the John Moores Painting Prize 2018. I will find out about next stage on 9th April.

The John Moores Painting Prize is the UK's best-known painting competition and is named after Sir John Moores (1896-1993), the sponsor of the prize. The competition culminates in an exhibition held at the Walker Art Gallery every two years, which forms a key strand of the Liverpool Biennial. Previous winners include David Hockney, John Hoyland, Peter Doig and Rose Wylie.

Whilst I wait for this competition results and others, I'm busy making new paintings in the studio and will soon have new available work for sale, so please keep checking my website or let me know if you prefer to be contacted directly with updates.
